Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
1. Who we are
This website and the services described on it are operated by Concierge Business Services Inc., a California corporation, doing business as AbleSource ("AbleSource", "we", "us", "our"). We are a digital marketing and web development agency based in California, United States.
For anything relating to privacy, including a request about your personal information, contact us at:
- Email: info@ablesource.org
- Phone: 714-900-3815
- Mail: Concierge Business Services Inc., dba AbleSource, 163 West Bonita Avenue, Suite B, San Dimas, CA 91773, United States
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal information we collect through ablesource.org, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it. It also explains, in section 6, how we handle data belonging to our clients when we manage advertising, analytics and business listing accounts on their behalf.
This policy does not cover the practices of third parties whose websites we may link to. It also does not cover our clients' own websites, each of which publishes its own privacy policy.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- When you book a consultation. Bookings are handled by Calendly. You provide your name and email address, and optionally a phone number and a description of what you want to discuss. Calendly also records the time you selected and your time zone.
- When you contact us by email or telephone: your name, your contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us.
- When you become a client: business contact details, billing information, and the account access we need in order to do the work you have engaged us to do.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. Our hosting and network provider records the IP address of requests, the date and time, the page or file requested, the referring page, and basic browser and device information. These logs exist to serve the site, to keep it available, and to identify abuse.
- Website analytics. We use analytics to understand which pages people read and how they arrived, in aggregate. This is described in section 4.
What we do not collect here
We do not take payments through this website, so no card or bank details are collected here. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information — health information, government identifiers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or biometric data — through this site. Please do not send it to us in a booking note or a contact email.
4. Cookies and analytics
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store, so that something can be remembered between pages or visits.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure site usage in aggregate — page views, traffic sources, approximate location by region, and device type. We have not enabled advertising features, cross-device tracking, or remarketing audiences on this website. Google's own handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent it entirely with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Booking. The scheduling calendar on our contact page is embedded from Calendly, which sets its own cookies when you interact with it. See the Calendly Privacy Notice.
- No advertising cookies. We do not place advertising or retargeting pixels on this website, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you reading this site, though the embedded calendar may stop working.
5. Why we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and to hold the consultation you booked
- To provide, invoice for and support the services a client has engaged us to deliver
- To operate, secure and improve this website
- To send service and account communications to clients
- To send marketing emails, only where you have asked for them or are an existing client, and always with a working unsubscribe link
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Client advertising, analytics and listing data
Most of what we do involves working inside platform accounts that belong to our clients. This section explains how that works, because it is the part people most often want to understand.
- We act on our clients' instructions. Where we manage a client's advertising, analytics, search or business listing accounts, we access those accounts under authorization the client has granted, and we act as a service provider processing that data on their behalf and for their purposes only.
- The platforms we work in include Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta's advertising platforms.
- We use platform APIs — including the Google Ads API and the Google Business Profile API — to read reporting data and to manage campaigns and business listings more reliably and consistently than doing it by hand.
- Google API data, specifically. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use data obtained through Google APIs solely to provide and improve the marketing services our client has engaged us for. We do not sell it, we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide those services or as required by law, we do not use it for advertising unrelated to the client's own campaigns, and we do not allow humans to read it except with the client's permission, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
- We do not combine one client's data with another's, and we do not use data from a client's accounts to benefit a different client.
- Access ends when the engagement ends. On request, or at the end of an engagement, we remove our access from a client's platform accounts. The accounts and their history remain the client's property.
7. Who we share information with
We share personal information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers who operate our business. The main ones are: Cloudflare (website hosting and network security), Google (Google Workspace for our email, and Google Analytics), Calendly (consultation scheduling), Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing and accounting), and the advertising platforms named in section 6. Each is permitted to use the information only to perform its service for us.
- Our own team and contractors, where they need the information to do the work, and under an obligation of confidentiality.
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers — where necessary.
- Where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.
- In a business transfer, if the business or part of it is ever sold or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
8. How long we keep it
- Inquiries and consultations that do not become clients: up to two years, then deleted.
- Client records, contracts and work product: for the length of the engagement and then as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting purposes — generally seven years.
- Server and security logs: a short rolling window, typically under 30 days.
- Analytics data: in line with the retention period set in Google Analytics, no longer than 14 months.
9. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to client platform accounts and to our own systems requires multi-factor authentication, and access is limited to the people who need it. Credentials are stored in secured systems, never in plain text in email or chat. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we take these obligations seriously and review them.
10. Your rights
If you are a California resident
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to
- Access a copy of that information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right stands
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect it for this purpose
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not refuse service, change prices, or reduce quality because you made a request.
You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof of that authority.
Everyone else
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop sending you marketing. We apply the rights above to everyone who asks, whether or not the law where you live requires it.
How to make a request
Email info@ablesource.org with the subject line "Privacy Request", or call 714-900-3815. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need longer. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will only use the information you give us for verification to answer your request.
11. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors across other companies' websites, so we have nothing to disable in response to a Do Not Track header. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where a browser sends one.
12. Children
Our services are sold to businesses, and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including our clients' sites and the platforms named above. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and we would encourage you to read their policies.
14. Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States and our service providers store data there. If you contact us from another country, you are sending your information to the United States, where privacy law differs from the law where you live.
15. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date at the top, and where the change is significant we will say so on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
